SHIPPING INFORMATION

Production Time: All orders are processed within 7 - 10 business days.

Processing Time: It takes 2 - 3 days to ship your order from our warehouse to logistics companies.

Shipping Time: Your order will be delivered within 15 - 20 business days (depending on the chosen shipping method) from the date it is shipped out, not from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Cost:

Standard shipping: $6.95

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $99

Tracking Number: When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.

Return & Exchange: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, we will work to correct them. Items can be returned or exchanged for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy below for detailed information.

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately at no extra charge.

In some cases, we may contact you via email to confirm order quantity or conduct a credit card fraud investigation before production.

We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, especially during peak periods or adverse weather conditions. Delivery time frames may need to be extended during processing times.

Customs restrictions and warranty issues may prevent us from shipping to certain international locations. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees.
